Shipping & Returns

We will do our best to ship out all orders received by 12:00 PM central standard time the same day. If you have an order that needs overnight shipping and have not received a shipping confirmation by 1:00 PM, please call to confirm the order. Orders for items that are special order or out of stock will be placed with the manufacturer and shipped directly, when available, to avoid delays in shipping. We can not guarantee the speed at which the manufacturer will ship an item but will communicate the indicated time frame with you and update you should any changes occur. If an item is out of stock with the manufacturer, we will contact you to verify that you wish to proceed with the order.

There are some cases where the online shipping calculator is in error. If the actual shipping cost is different than the calculated amount, we will contact you with the corrected cost.

If your shipment is damaged or missing anything, please notify us within 3 business days so we can work on resolving the issue.

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days from delivery. All items must be in NEW condition and include all original materials. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee may apply. If you wish to make a return, you must contact us by email at sales@perilouscustoms.com and include the number on the return shipping label. Refunds will be made once the return has been inspected and the condition verified.
